Refund policy and shipping policy
Refund policy:
As you know all our products are customized especially for you to match your needs and your own style. Thus, no refund or exchange are to be applied, only amendments can be applied according to its possibility, amendments requests must be reported immediately during the delivery time and during the availability of the delivery officer.
If the client received the order, then asked for amendments after the delivery officer leaves, then the client will be fully charged for any extra shipping fees due to the late amendment request.
Shipping policy:
At Tohamy we don’t deal with shipping companies, we use private trucks instead! Yes, every order is delivered to you in a private truck, this is to make sure of the well handling and that the product is delivered in good conditio Thus, a specific date and time will be arranged with the client to deliver the order.
In case the client didn’t adhere to that delivery time or was not available to receive the order, as full charged will be applied on the client.
A payment in advance will be applied to arrange for another appointment.
The maximum time to deliver your order will be within two to three weeks starting from the payment date, yet our team will notify you as soon as the product is ready for delivery.
Shipping prices vary according to the location, the content of the order and the logistics details. Shipping fees are always excluded from the order's final price.
